Based on Alexey Klokov’s paintings, the Assessment Systems Russia company implemented a unique approach to coaching. From now on, the artist’s paintings not only contribute to the psychological atmosphere of the company’s offices but also work as metaphorical associative cards (MAC).
Originally, MAC is a set of images the size of playing cards, which depict various situations, people, objects, etc. Many coaches use metaphorical cards, but utilizing actual paintings is something new!
Art critics named Aleksey Klokov’s art “dialectics in color” not accidentally, given that his paintings have many meanings and interpretations and, therefore, food for thoughts and discoveries. This is where the interests of the artist and the Assessment Systems Russia coincided, not to mention that a client can purchase a painting to continue reflecting on it.
